The service
EarniQ sells access to a Telegram-delivered earnings information service (EarningsPulse). You receive structured summaries of public earnings materials for companies on NASDAQ, NYSE, NSE, and BSE. The website is a paywall and explanation layer. The bot runs on a separate host.

Nothing on the site or in a buzz is investment advice, a solicitation, or a research report under SEBI rules. EarniQ is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. You verify every figure against official filings before you act.
Licence
Access is personal and non-transferable. Invite links are single-use and tied to the paying email. You may not resell, scrape, or republish briefs. Transcript text is summarised. We do not grant a licence to redistribute source filings.
Acceptable use
Do not share your invite, abuse rate limits, or attempt to recover another buyer’s claim token. We may revoke access for abuse without a further refund if the invite was already used.
Price and payment
The displayed plan is $1, billed as ₹99 (9900 paise) in INR unless the operator enables international settlement. The charge amount is set on the server. Card data is collected by Razorpay, not by EarniQ.
Availability
Filings can be late, gated, or too large to digest in one request. We do not warrant a fixed delivery time. A timeout or a missing transcript is not a breach of these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent Indian law allows, EarniQ is not liable for trading losses, missed events, or third-party outages (Telegram, Razorpay, filing hosts).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator’s registered office have jurisdiction once that address is published on the contact page.
