EarniQ Access is a digital invite to a Telegram earnings service. There is no physical good and no recurring charge in this plan.
Cancel before fulfilment
If payment succeeded and an invite has not been issued, email hello@earniq.app with the Razorpay payment id. We refund the server-recorded amount and mark the order refunded.
After you join
Once the single-use invite is used, access has been delivered. Refunds after join are discretionary (duplicate charge, documented outage). We may revoke the Telegram invite or membership when a refund is approved.
How to ask
Email hello@earniq.app from the address used at checkout. Include order id, payment id, and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Razorpay settlement timing still applies after we approve a refund.
Chargebacks
Open a ticket with us before a chargeback when you can. A chargeback on a delivered invite may lead to a ban on future invites.
